With the imminent rise in the startups and entrepreneurship ecosystem in India, and even the Government recognizing these startups and implementing new policies and frameworks exclusively for empowering startups and entrepreneurs. It was high time, we get a show dedicated to startups and entrepreneurs, that will not only just talk about startups and empowers, rather will act as an enabler of the real one to one conversations among successful entrepreneurs and the aspiring ones.
Samvaadam – A talk show about startups and entrepreneurs was recently launched and started in Delhi under the direction of Mr. Shailendra Kumar Mishra. Shailendra, a successful entrepreneur and startup enthusiast, with the aim to create a platform where entrepreneurs can share their stories and converse with one another. The talk show was hosted and anchored by Ms. Divya, who beautifully crafted the show and converted business conversations into an evening full of fun, smiles, and laughter along with the main agenda of the show is sharing a story about an entrepreneur in each of their episodes.
The first show took place on 23rd at CoWorkin Nehru Place, located in the IT hub of Delhi and within close proximity of the Nehru Place metro station on the violet line. The place was conveniently located and is the go-to place for startups and entrepreneurs who need a place to work and get things moving. Working from a place like this is bound to improve your productivity and offers a great opportunity for networking with other entrepreneurs and other like-minded professionals.
The guest at the first show was Mr. Kunal Kumar, founder of Something Cool, he shared the story about his first venture and how he managed to start and sustain his virtual incubator. He talked about how his entrepreneurial journey began around 10 years ago and his company build more than a dozen startups and helped many others to startup. The conversation talked about his wake up call the trigger for his entrepreneurial journey, family pressure to get into a government job and many other obstacles throughout his journey.
The show ended on an inspirational note with tips and lessons for new entrepreneurs followed by a QnA session with the audience. Later in the evening, the guest mentored participants on their startups and shared insightful information on their queries.
